Vaquero Annie Olena

2004 Bay Mare
Rojo Vaquero - Patty Ann O Lena, by Pure Hank Jr.
Annie is an ideally made young mare that is powerfully built. She would be equally well suited to run barrels or leave a roping box, however possessing enough feel and suppleness to all-around. A well broke mare that's ready for a career of your choosing. Quiet, gentle, and 100% sound.

Purchased by Larry and Peggy Grant of Harrah, Oklahoma.

This mare is being roped off.

Sheza Catalina

2005 Black Mare
Ima Black Poco Cat - Patty Ann O Lena, by Pure Hank Jr

Sheza Catalina, or 'Cat' as she's known around the barn, got her namesake by the way she moves - like a cat on a hot tin roof. This little mare is well broke, works gates, etc. She was used for a day sorting cattle at Bill Riddle's ranch, and did a super job. She's had time on the mechanical cow, as well as live cattle. She is easy to trim, clip, bathe, and haul. This mare is a cowboy's horse - she can get fresh on cool mornings. Take her to the feedlot or check fence all day - she's got the stamina. Cute, and sound!

Purchased by Larry and Peggy Grant of Harrah, Oklahoma.

This mare is being roped off.

Eighteen Playboys

2005 Sorrel Gelding
Guns Of Marietta - ESR Tandy Letters, Capitol Letters

A rare opportunity to purchase a nice gelding out of the ASR program.
This young gelding has a classy look and plenty of substance. He has been started on cattle and show's a lot of promise as a solid youth or ladies show horse. With his no-nonsense disposition, he's the kind of horse a person could have a lot of fun with, and it wouldn't take much to finish him out the way you want him. He really follows his nose through the turns and has a smooth, athletic style.

He has been used to move cattle around the ranch, to pony young colts, and he has been ridden through some rough back country. If cutting isn't your sport, he would make a stout calf horse, or an excellent team penner. He's got a trainable mind, and could be taken in a number of new directions. Clips, ties, hauls, and easy to shoe. He is solid, and sound with no bad habits or vices. If he were a mare he wouldn't be for sale.

Purchased by Sonny Jacob of Tolar, Texas.

After losing his good heading horse, this nice gelding was selected as the replacement. Watch for him in the box soon - thank you!

Disaronno

2007 Red Roan Gelding
Raton's Racer - Peppermint Soda Pop, Sonita Kiowa
Disaronno is an upstanding young gelding with a lot of quickness and handle. A solid foundation has been laid in this colt, and he will fit a range of disciplines. He has the cowsense and physical action to go a long way in the cutting pen, and the size and ability to make a reined cow horse. He is a talented youth with a hefty dose of cowboy-color, and the structure and correctness that a prospect needs. This is a colt you can haul and put a lot of miles on.

Purchased by Sonny Jacob of Tolar, Texas.

This nice young horse will be roped off.

Cruzann

2008 Bay Filly
Royal Chic OLena - Patty Ann O Lena, Pure Hank Jr.
Beautiful mahogany bay filly sired by Royal Chic Olena, an Equi-Stat Top 20 Leading Reining Sire and an NRHA Top 25 Leading Sire. In 2008, Royal Chic Olena was listed in the Quarter Horse News top 250 in BOTH Reining (#84) and Reined Cow Horse (#230 - beating out CD Royal, Hangten Peppy, Chocolate Chic Olena, Justa Swinging Peppy, etc).

Royal Chic Olena is the sire of 27 AQHA point-earners earning 753 points, 15 ROM and 5 Superiors - including WHATTAROYALPRINCESS ($81,180: NRHA Intermediate Open Futurity Champion; NRHA Limited Open Futurity Champion; Equi-Stat #1 Intermediate Open and #1 Limited Open Reining Money-Earner; split 6th, NRHA Open Futurity; Scottsdale Classic Limited Open Futurity Reserve Champion; AQHA ROM, 31 points; World qualifier).
2009 was the last year this great stallion stood to the public.

This filly's dam is a color producer and very athletic. Every colt out of Patty Ann O Lena has been ultra soft and naturally supple making them truly suited for reining or cutting. Cruzann is going to have plenty of expression and class. This filly has enough grit to be a good one, and will be a great Futurity Prospect.

Purchased by Ron and Bev Bowman of Arkansas.

This nice filly will be started in reining.
